Giveaway: Sweet Melly Jane (CLOSED)

I recently contacted Melanie from the Etsy shop SweetMellyJane about her adorable finger puppets, and she kindly agreed to sponsor a giveaway! But before we get started, here's what Melanie has to say about herself and her shop:

Hi! I'm Melanie. My husband calls me "Melly Jane," which is where I got the name for my shop. I love making a variety of crafts, and my shop is evidence of that! There are lots of different items to choose from. I love all kinds of sewing- on a machine, crochet, embroidery. . . ANYTHING! I am a stay-at-home mom, and my four beautiful children make my life wonderful. Besides crafting and being a mom, I can be found at the piano, the library, the ice cream parlor or Target. Melanie sells all sorts of wonderful things in her shop, including Mary Jane-style baby booties, burp cloths, and various household items. But my absolute favorites are her darling little finger puppets!
